Yashoda Fezah serves as the General Manager of CASS, leading the operations team at CASS whilst fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.

Yashoda’s expertise spans across the compliance, corporate governance and data protection spheres and she has acquired a rich experience in the structuring and administration of domestic and global business companies as well as publicly listed companies. She has overseen operations’ divisions, providing guidance on regulatory matters and corporate governance while ensuring adherence to regulatory inspections. Yashoda also specialises in establishing robust AML/CFT compliance frameworks for regulated entities operating locally and within the Global Business framework.

Yashoda holds an LLB (Hons.) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (ex-ICSA). She also holds CIPP-E and CAMS certifications. Her expertise extends to providing training on compliance, governance, and data protection matters, and she is registered as a trainer with the Mauritius Qualifications Authority.
